Parkcrest – located opposite Kensington Park, Parkcrest is a hillside and prestigious North Burnaby neighborhood that features single family homes for the most part. It is home to three large shopping malls including the Parkcrest Plaza, two elementary schools (Parkcrest and Aubrey) and several sports facilities.
UniverCity – an award winning BC sustainable neighborhood, UniverCity dubbed Simon Fraser University is home to just under 4000 residents.
Westridge – located on the western slice of Burnaby Mountain, Westridge is mostly a residential neighborhood that is located within short distance to Simon Fraser University, and offers several well-manicured outdoor spaces including the Barnet Marine Park, Westridge Park and the Burnaby Mountain.
